Hi! My name is Tim Comes (Koh-miss), and I am a Realtor serving the greater Minneapolis – St. Paul area. I’ll try to make this intro quick as we have houses to see. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago with my parents, brother, and two sisters. I studied exercise science at Winona State University and spent some time living in Australia before finding my way to the Twin Cities. The Twin Cities have become my home, and I share my life with my wife Zoey and our three rescue dogs, Ollie, Emmie, and Huck (we are suckers for Pitbulls). In my free time, you will find me tackling DIY home improvement projects, gaming, playing with the latest tech gadgets, exploring local coffee shops, socializing with friends at a brewery or dog park, and sometimes just enjoying a laid-back movie night with my wife and pups. I have an extensive leadership, consumer development, sales, and customer service background. I came into the field of real estate to raise the standard of service in the industry, continue to help others grow in their lives, and give back to the community. My goal is to find out why this purchase or sale is meaningful to you and to make sure we are putting you in a house you love and have a smooth transition from your previous home. In 2022 I partnered with Home for Heroes to give something back to the unsung heroes of our world. The pandemic helped shed light on how people like teachers and nurses go above and beyond with minimal recognition and pay. With a mom, sister, and numerous friends who work in education, friends in the military, and the medical field, I felt compelled to join this program to give these heroes a nice check at the end of the deal.
